Please note: Mochi & Tari does not issue refunds for any services that have been rendered or completed.

Refund Policy - The Basics 

This Refund Policy outlines the terms under which Mochi & Tari provides, or does not provide, refunds for its services. By booking or using our services, customers acknowledge and agree to the conditions set forth in this policy.

Because Mochi & Tari provides in-person pet care and waste removal services, all work involves time, travel, and labor performed on-site. For this reason, refunds are not available for any services that have already been rendered. Once a scheduled visit or cleaning has been completed, payment is considered final.

If a customer is dissatisfied with a service, we encourage them to contact us directly within 24 hours so we can review the concern and determine if a corrective visit or adjustment is appropriate at our discretion.

This policy is intended to protect both our customers and our team members by keeping expectations transparent and consistent. Mochi & Tari reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time to reflect operational or legal changes.
